Update: Sheriff's Office locates and arrests suspected go-cart thief
As a result of the investigation, Investigator Ernest Moore applied for and obtained warrants charging Timothy Scott Richard, age 29, of Keysville Road in Washington, with one count of Felony Larceny.

Update: Washington Police arrest fugitive sex offender
On Jan. 14., Steven Jay Almond was arrested by the Washington Police Department. Almond was brought before Magistrate Sadler and held in the Beaufort County Detention Center on a $1,200 secured bond.
